What Ifarium is
A library of illustrated stories about real childhood situations, made to be read together by a parent and a child. A family can keep four free stories: one without registration and three more the family opens one at a time. They stay on the device they were read on; with a confirmed email address they stay the family’s for good, on any device. Seasonal bonus stories are free for everyone and are separate.
Purchases
Ifarium Book One: Everyday Moments (36 stories, the grown-ups’ guide and the treasure map) is one payment for permanent access to that book, with no subscription. The price is shown and charged in your local currency (USD, EUR or GBP): €29.99 in the eurozone, £24.99 in the United Kingdom, $29.99 in the United States and everywhere else. It already includes any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country; nothing is added at checkout. The purchase is sold through Stripe Managed Payments: Stripe, through its Link service (Sold through Link, LLC), is the merchant of record. It takes the payment, handles the tax and sends the receipt, so Link is the name you see on the receipt and on your statement. Free stories remain permanently yours and do not reduce the price. Anything you bought from us before stays yours. Book One is a complete book: Book Two and any other future stories are not included in it and may be sold separately.
Immediate access and withdrawal
The stories are digital content that opens as soon as you pay. Where the law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase (the EU, EEA and UK), you confirm before paying that you want immediate access and understand that you then lose your 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase. This does not affect your rights if something is faulty, or our money-back guarantee below.
Money-back guarantee
If the stories are not right for your family, reply to your receipt or write to us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. No questions asked, wherever you live. If something else went wrong — a double charge, a purchase that did not open — write to us at any time and we will put it right. Refunds go back to you through Link (Stripe), the merchant of record for the purchase.
Using the stories
The stories, artwork and text are ours (or licensed to us) and are for your family’s own reading — not for republishing or resale. Reading aloud to your own class or family group is exactly what they are for.
No advice
The stories are for a parent and child to read together. One fictional choice does not reveal or diagnose a child. Choices are not scored as right or wrong. The stories are not therapy, a psychological assessment, or medical or psychological advice. Seek appropriate professional help for a safety-critical situation.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, customers hear about it by email before it takes effect.
